Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exceptionally for the end of year celebrations, the return period of a purchase made between December 1 and 31 will be extended until January 15.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging. Clothing must not have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled to be returned for a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, you must include the receipt in the package.

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted shortly.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Pre-order items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you opt for an exchange, contact us via the contact form or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org following the procedure described in the "Procedure" chapter.

Free exchange only for metropolitan France and European Union countries. Symbiozys will pay for the cost of sending the parcel (return and resending).
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it We will send the refund to her and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
To return your product, we will indicate the shipping address in our response to your return request email.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility except in the case of exchange. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item from value over €75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.

"EXCHANGE" or "REFUND"
In the email, please specify:
- Your first and last name
- The order number
- The article(s) to be returned
- For an exchange, specify the desired product, color and size.
- Your email to receive delivery tracking.
- Your telephone number for the carrier to deliver the package if necessary.
- Use the original packaging to return the item(s) to us.
- Insert the article(s) to be returned.
- Enclose the delivery note you received with the order.
Tip: Sending the package with tracking and keeping proof of sending allows you to be protected in the event of loss or damage to the returned package.
4. Shipping Address
We will provide you with the shipping address in our response to your return request email.
5. After receipt of your package and validation of the condition of the product(s), we will exchange or refund according to your choice:
- The refund of the amount due will be made within 3 to 7 days directly via the payment method used when placing your order.
- The exchange will be delivered within the times already detailed in the delivery section.
Return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of an exchange, only for metropolitan France and European Union countries, Symbiozys will cover the shipping costs (return and resending).
