Terms of sale

Article 1: Purpose

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Symbiozys and its customer in the context of the sale of the following goods: ready-to-wear, clothing fashion.
Any service provided by the Symbiozys company therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2: Price

The prices of the Products sold via the Site are indicated in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and excluding delivery costs, the amount of which is mentioned on the Site .

Article 3: Payment

Payment is made directly on the site by credit card (Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard).
The amount of the invoice is debited from the customer's account on the date of payment.

The payment service used is Stripe. This very secure service (among the safest currently) integrates the SSL security standard allowing confidential data to be transmitted (CB number with expiration date and cryptogram) directly encrypted on the Stipe server without passing through our server.
When the order is validated, the payment request is sent to the secure Stripe service which issues an electronic certificate after authorization from the banking network.

Article 4: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering.
Delivery is within 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) in mainland France.
Shipping times outside mainland France:
In the European Union, the time is 8 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In the rest of the world , the delivery time is 9 to 18 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Note: We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to for the benefit of the buyer to:

the award of damages
cancellation of the order

The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the purchase order upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered mail.

Article 5: Force majeure

The liability of the company Symbiozys cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Article 6: Intellectual and industrial property

The domain name www.symbiozys.com, as well as all the elements and content appearing on the Site, are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected throughout the world , under copyright and intellectual property rights.
Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited, without prior and express authorization from the Seller.
Under the same conditions, their use is limited to strictly private.
Any reproduction or any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable as such under the Intellectual Property Code, unless expressly authorized by the Seller.

Article 7: Dispute

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Carcassonne Commercial Court.
