The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS) is the fastest solution to find an answer among the subjects concerning deliveries, returns, payments, orders, our advice, etc.

Order
To order
Orders are made only via the website, we do not take orders by email or telephone.
Confirmation email
After the validation of your basket, you will receive an email confirming your order.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, remember to check your spam folder. If this email is not in your spam box either, contact us via the contact form below.
Modify/Cancel an order
In order to reduce the delivery time as much as possible, we start manufacturing your product as soon as your payment is validated. This is why it is not possible to modify or cancel your order after confirmation of payment.
You will need to return the product in its original condition to request a refund or exchange.
In the event of an exchange, only for metropolitan France and European Union countries, Symbiozys will cover the shipping costs.
Change delivery address
Once an order has been validated, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
If the order has not yet been validated, go to your "My account" space in the "Personal data" section then click on "Modify or create".
Prices
Our prices are indicated including VAT (VAT included), but do not include shipping costs. They will be indicated in the basket when the order is created.
The delivery is free from 110€ of purchase in metropolitan France.
Means of payment

- Gift card and promo code:
Enter the code of the gift card or that of the promotional code in the box "Gift card or promotional code" at the time of payment.
Notes: Promotional codes cannot be combined.
- Cash or check payments are not accepted.
Generally, debits are made between 24 and 48 hours after validation of payment.
Secure payment
All transactions made on our site pass through a secure online payment platform that encrypts each data before transmitting it to the bank. Your banking information is 100% inaccessible by a third party including ourselves throughout the purchase process. All transactions are therefore perfectly secure.
Bill
You will find the invoice in the confirmation email that you will automatically receive after validation of your payment.

Parcel tracking
As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email containing the tracking link. You will be able to follow the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website.

We deliver all over the world, from France.
Time limit
Delivery within 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) in metropolitan France.
Shipping times outside mainland France:
> In the European Union, the deadline is 8 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
> In the rest of the world, the delay is 9 to 18 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Note: We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
We may be late during the summer or holiday season.

Free delivery from 110€ of purchase in metropolitan France.
If the order is less than the amount to have free delivery, then the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They will be indicated in the basket when the order is created.
Parcels sent outside the European Union may be subject to taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, etc. These costs are calculated according to the country of destination according to the value and type of product. The customer agrees to pay all taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.

Change delivery address?
Once an order has been validated, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
If the order has not yet been validated, go to your "My account" space in the "Personal data" section then click on "Modify or create".
Missing on delivery?
If the dimensions of your mailbox allow it, the parcel can be deposited directly in it.
Otherwise, the postman will leave a transit advice note in your mailbox on which you will find all the information necessary to collect your package.
Bring the calling card and an identity document to go to the post office indicated. You have 15 days before your package is returned to us.
Parcel returned to sender?
Contact us to see together what you want to do and find a solution together.
Order not delivered?
Check the progress of the delivery with your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
Check if a transit advice note has been left in your mailbox.
If you have not received a package or delivery notice and the carrier indicates on its website that your package has been delivered, you must contact the carrier's services directly to obtain more information.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for errors related to the carrier and therefore cannot offer you a refund.
Feedback
Time limit
You have 14 days to return your item to us. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Note: Exceptionally for the holiday season, the return period for purchases made between November 10 and December 24 will be extended until January 8.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Clothing must not have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled to be returned for a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return, you must include the receipt in the package.
Exception
Gift cards cannot be returned.

2. Contact us using the contact form below.
Please indicate in the subject of the email:
"EXCHANGE" or "REFUND"
In the email, please specify:
- Your first and last name
- The order number
- The item(s) to be returned
- For an exchange, specify the desired product, color and size.
- Your email to receive delivery tracking.
- Your phone number for the carrier for the delivery of the package if necessary.
3. Prepare your package
- Use the original packaging to return the item(s) to us.
- Insert the item(s) to be returned to us.
- Attach the delivery slip you received with the order.
Tip: Sending the package with tracking and keeping the proof of posting allows you to be protected in the event of loss or damage to the returned package.
4. Shipping Address
We will provide you with the shipping address in our response to your return request email.
5. After receipt of your package and validation of the condition of the product(s), we will exchange or refund according to your choice:
- The refund of the amount due will be made within 3 to 7 days directly via the payment method used when placing your order.
- The exchange will be delivered within the deadlines already detailed in the delivery section.
Free exchange only for metropolitan France and European Union countries.
Symbiozys will pay for the shipping cost.
For refund on delivery returns, delivery and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Care
Maximum washing temperature: 30°C.
Wash with like colors.
Wash inside out.
Do not use stain remover or bleach.
Do not use a dryer.
Max ironing temperature: 110°C
Do not iron on the visual, iron on the reverse.
For an optimal lifespan, remember not to wash your clothes too often. The garment will last longer and you will reduce your consumption of detergent, water and electricity. The planet and your wallet will thank you.
